| Уважаемые соседи! Как вы уже, наверное, заметили около нашего дома происходит организация платной парковки напротив фасада. Собрания жильцов дома и письменное согласие ЖЭУ-2 и ОАО "ЛГЖТ" получено от нас с вами не было. Насколько мне стало известно со слов сотрудников Люберецкого РОСПОТРЕБНАДЗОРА организация платной парковки напротив фасада жилого дома не разрешается, если расстояние от фасада дома до организованной парковки менее 35 метров. Некоторые жильцы уже оставляли на Форуме треста обращения, но сотрудники треста просто отписываются стандартными фразами, не отвечая на конкретно заданные вопросы. Организация, которая производит строительство этой парковки списывает все это на благоустройство. Документов никто не видел. За те деньги, которые требует застройщик парковки мало кто купит парковочные места (60000 единоразово + 800 руб ежемесячно), при том, что парковка не будет охраняться. Если на эту парковку не будут ставиться машины, то эти машины будут еще больше загромождать двор и никакая пожарная машина или скорая помощь не сможет проехать во двор и к подъездам. Более того, в чей карман упадут эти огромные суммы?!
Давайте соберем собрание жильцов и потребуем от ЖЭУ-2 объяснений и документации - на каком основании это проводится.
